About this data
All figures come from the Ukraine Support Tracker maintained by the Kiel Institute for the World Economy - the most widely cited independent database of government support for Ukraine since Russia's full-scale invasion in February 2022. It records aid from governments and EU institutions only; private donations and commercial sales are outside its scope.
The tracker's central distinction is between commitments (announced or pledged support, sometimes spanning years) and allocations (aid actually specified for delivery). Both appear in the charts above, and the gap between them is itself informative - it shows how much announced support remains in the pipeline.
